GROUP CONVENOR – Wendy Poole
We are a new Knitting and Crochet Group, starting in July and will be meeting for 2 hours, at the St Austell Arts Centre on the 4th Monday of the month from 14.00 to 16.00.
This is a social group, welcoming all levels of knitters and crocheters, with the aim of spending time with like minded people, getting inspiration and Wendy is also on hand if you get stuck at a particular spot with your pattern.
There will also be a some knitting or crochet mini-technique tutorials sprinkled across the year, but these will be completely optional and you are welcome to choose to work on your own project instead.
Just bring along your current project plus any refreshments for the afternoon and we look forward to seeing you there.
We are happy for you to come to a Coffee Morning or one main Monthly Meeting and to attend one individual group (with the exception of groups that require pre-booking and ticket purchases) before deciding whether to join St Austell u3a.
